Who is keeping it

Coherence, a design practice based in Monterrey, Mexico. For anything on this page, write to hello@coherence.build.

What we keep

Only what you hand us, and only in three moments:

We keep nothing else. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising, no profiles built from how you move through the site.

What never leaves your browser

The encounter at Apply keeps what you write in your own browser. Those words stay on your device and are not sent to us — unless you choose to send an application, and then only what the application itself contains.

The site also remembers, in your browser alone, which language you chose. Nothing about that reaches us.

Why we keep it

To know who is applying and to be able to answer you. To let you come back to an application you left unfinished. To write to you about a gathering if you asked us to. Nothing else, and never sold or handed to anyone for their own use.

Where it lives

Google handles the sign-in. Supabase holds the database. Both keep their servers outside Mexico, so your data is stored abroad. Inside Coherence, only the people who read applications can see them.

How long

While your account exists. Ask us to remove it and we remove it, along with the application, and we say when it is done.

What you can ask for

To see what we hold, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to tell us to stop using it. Mexican law calls these ARCO rights. Write to hello@coherence.build from the address you signed in with and we answer within twenty working days.

Age

Applying is for adults. We do not knowingly keep the data of anyone under eighteen; if it reaches us, we delete it.

If this changes

We date every change at the top of this page. If something important changes for people who already have an account, we write to them.
